Mentoring Program Support
When polled, 70% of the TONE community reported that mentoring has the most impact on their professional and personal development. Mentoring circles are also a great way to build connection and community among diverse individuals in your organization who share common development goals.
However, the most effective mentoring programs require structure, planning and programming which requires time and effort. So, whether you are looking to kick-off your mentoring program or need some fuel to build momentum into and energize your current program, TONE Networks partners with your company to set the framework with curriculum and program support.
Introducing TONE Rings
Our newest program is a full-service, turnkey mentoring program where we do all of the heavy lifting for you. We set up small mentoring circles of 5-7 mentees from within your company based on common interests and goals. The six month program includes a calendar of one hour, virtual sessions held monthly with selected topics, videos and discussion prompts. This service is free to TONE member companies and can be implemented in 6-8 weeks.
